I acknowledge that I am aware of certain risks of participating in public events due to the COVID-19 pandemic and that I am choosing to enter the venue my tickets are purchased for. I understand that by leaving my home, I am exposing myself to a greater risk of becoming infected with coronavirus, or of infecting other people. In order to do my part to not spread this virus, I agree to not enter the venue and to return home if I have a temperature of 100.4 degrees or above or if there is reason to believe I carry the coronavirus despite the current absence of symptoms. If I enter the venue, I agree to strictly follow all health and safety rules the venue has posted, which are designed to protect patrons, workers, and performers.

An inherent risk of exposure to infectious diseases, including COVID-19, exists in any place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and, people of any age with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
By continuing with the purchase and visiting the UUSD Highlander Auditorium you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to any infectious diseases, including COVID-19, including without limitations risks of illness, personal injury, and death, and even if arising from the negligence of UUSD, The Presenter, The Event, The Event Producer or their respective employees, volunteers, independent contractors, agents or affiliates.

The Highlander Auditorium is an Upland Unified School District facility.
Doors typically open 30 minutes prior to the event's start.
Unless the event is Reserved Seating, seating is on a first come first serve basis.
All guests and audience members in the seating area regardless of age must have a seat and ticket. This includes children and infants. This also includes staff, instructors, and volunteers.
When applicable, a valid ID is required at the door for all staff and student discounted tickets.
As a courtesy to both patrons and performers, please turn off all electronic devices during performances.
Theatrical smoke and special lighting effects are often used in presentations.
Out of respect to the performers and other audience members, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house manager or staff at an appropriate pause in the program.
Food and drink are not allowed in the auditorium and lobby.
5% plus $0.75 per ticket is added for credit card processing and service fees.
Highlander Auditorium is owned and operated by the Upland Unified School District. As a venue, we will follow state and county guidelines and implement only those protocols which are required. At this current time, masks are recommended but not required for indoor events. Please do not attend a performance if you are ill or subject to any health orders asking that you quarantine or isolate.
Due to the nature of live theater, programs, performers, dates, and times are subject to change. Upland Unified School District and Highlander Auditorium reserves the right to cancel or reschedule offerings at their sole discretion. No refund applies if a performance is rescheduled. In the event that an event is canceled and is not rescheduled, you may receive a refund of your ticket price.
